Falmouth High School's Aaron Schlezinger

A coach only wants to keep a freshman for a varsity team if he feels that he can make an impact. Rookie Aaron Schlezinger has been contributing throughout the season for the Falmouth High boys’ varsity lacrosse team, and on Wednesday, May 15, he made his biggest impact yet. Schlezinger, a midfielder, scored goals three minutes apart late in the fourth quarter to put Falmouth into the win column in a thrilling 10-9 come-from-behind victory at Bishop Feehan. Coach Rory Morse said the youngster simply would not be denied late in the game. “He was out there like a little possessed child,” Morse said with a laugh. “He’s had a really good year for us.”
