It may not be open for public use just yet, but the newly minted synthetic field turf at Falmouth High School will be ready for the start of the 2019 fall sports season. The Town of Falmouth OK'd the $3.1 million multi-use field at the Town Meeting last April after years of back-and-forth debates. The Clippers football, boys' and girls' soccer, boys' and girls' lacrosse and field hockey teams will call the new field home this season. Previously the Falmouth football team spent its Friday evenings playing under the lights at Guv Fuller Field.
