The Falmouth High School boys’ lacrosse team ended their regular season with a game against the best team they’ve faced all season. Xaverian High, which played the third toughest schedule in Massachusetts this year, held back the Clippers by a 19-8 score on their home field last Saturday, May 20.

Coach Rory Morse said that the chance to test his team as they prepare for the Division 3 state tournament was a positive for the team going forward. The Clippers got to enjoy a day or two off before prepping for the games that matter most, which will begin next week. FHS is hoping to finish high enough in the state rankings to have home field advantage into the round of eight. FHS finished the season off a 12-6 overall.
