11:39 AM: Patrolman Jeffrey Donnis arrested Manuel F. Pereira, 53, of New Bedford on a warrant out of Fall River District Court for an unregistered motor vehicle and no inspection sticker during a traffic stop on Route 28.

1:48 PM: Detective William Cuozzo arrested Julie E. Lumbert, 47, of Falmouth on a warrant out of Falmouth District Court for operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle during a traffic stop on Route 151.

7:26 PM: Patrolman Christopher Guica arrested Erick S. Earle, 33, of Mashpee on a warrant out of Barnstable District Court for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and strangulation.

9:52 PM: Patrolman Daniel Girard arrested Andrew R. Rose, 26, of Centerville on a warrant for operating with a suspended license and possession of a Class E drug and a warrant for a subsequent offense of operating with a suspended license and operating under the influence of drugs. Both warrants were out of Falmouth District Court.

Friday, August 2

4:58 PM: Patrolman Michael Cook issued a summons to Jeronimo M. Sort, 40, of New Bedford for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker during a traffic stop on Great Neck Road South.

5:56 PM: Officer Michelle Princi arrested Tanessa B. Hendrix, 33, of Mashpee on a warrant out of Falmouth District Court for operating with a suspended license during warrant service on Lake View Avenue.

Saturday, August 3

4:30 PM: Patrolman Katie Hennessey issued a summons to Vivian L. Wicks, 48, of Hatchville for operating with a suspended license during a traffic stop on Route 28.

5:12 PM: Patrolman Donnis arrested Martin L. Benoit Jr., 56, of Bourne on a straight warrant out of Falmouth District Court for operating with a suspended license, a suspended registration, and an uninsured motor vehicle during a traffic stop on Route 28.

Sunday, August 4

9:40 AM: Patrolman Joseph Catanese issued a summons to Travis H. Festog, 30, of Forestdale for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle during a traffic stop on South Sandwich Road.

9:55 AM: Patrolman Catanese issued a summons to Mark R. McConnell, 56, of Marstons Mills for a subsequent offense of operating with a suspended license and no inspection sticker during a traffic stop on Route 130.

2:50 PM: Patrolman Catanese issued a summons to Alina M. Maio, 28, of Dennisport for operating with a suspended license during a traffic stop on Route 151.

5:26 PM: Patrolman Catanese issued a summons to Sandra M. Karon, 43, of Buzzards Bay for operating with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle during a traffic stop on Route 151.

Monday, August 5

11:29 PM: Officers responded to a call for distress at the Plaza Del Sol on Route 130. Officer Cogswell arrested Cajun L. Burdick, 35, of Mashpee on two charges of assault with a dangerous weapon. Police said that Mr. Burdick was swinging a machete around in a threatening manner.

Wednesday, August 7

9:01 AM: Patrolman Catanese arrested Daniel H. Madulka, 25, of Falmouth on a warrant out of Falmouth District Court for assault and battery on a family member during a warrant service on Santuit Pond Road.

3:11 PM: Patrolman Princi responded to a report of a disturbance on Oneida Avenue. She issued a summons to Scott M. Diggins, 41, of Mashpee for threatening to commit a crime and disorderly conduct.

11:53 PM: While serving a warrant at Sea Oaks Condominiums, Patrolman Cogswell arrested Ronald J. Renaud, 41, of East Falmouth on a warrant out of Barnstable District Court for violating a GPS electronic monitoring court-ordered curfew.
