8:43 AM: Responding to a one-car motor vehicle crash at the rotary on Falmouth Road, Officer Michael Moulis issued a summons to Leoclides P. Dailva, 29, of Mashpee for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The individual was transported to Falmouth Hospital to assess injuries.

Saturday, July 10

1:09 AM: Responding to a motor vehicle crash off Old Barnstable Road, Officer Katie Hennessey issued a summons to Kaya Sawni Awanata Turner King, 21, of Mashpee for operating under the influence of liquor, marked lanes violation, negligent operation, speeding, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and possession of a Class C drug. The individual was transported to Falmouth Hospital to assess injuries.

9:49 PM: Responding to a call for a disturbance on Quashnet Road, Officer Todd Bazarewsky arrested Thomas A. Burton III, 24, of Mashpee for trespassing.

Sunday, July 11

8:32 AM: Following a motor vehicle stop on Falmouth Road, Officer Nicholas Carpenter issued a summons to Danielle A. Thomas, 22, of New Bedford for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Monday, July 12

8:11 AM: Responding to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Great Neck Road North and Old Barnstable Road, Officer Matthew Koch issued a summons to Maria D. Gonçalves, 57, of Hyannis for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and the failure to yield at an intersection. There were two cars in the crash, but nobody was transported for injuries.

9:00 PM: Following a motor vehicle stop on Falmouth Road, Officer Koch arrested Fernando Lopez Argemiro, 26, of Mashpee on a default warrant out of Falmouth District Court for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.

Wednesday, July 14

1:54 PM: Officer Carpenter issued a summons to Amber Louise Gerst, 33, of Mashpee for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker following a stop on Old Barnstable Road.

8:32 PM: Carrying out warrant service on Ashumet Road, Officer Frederick Bohnenberger arrested John F. Tellier on four warrants out of Falmouth District Court. The warrants were for assault and battery, breaking and entering, multiple counts of drug possession and violating an abuse prevention order.
