9:09 AM: During a motor vehicle stop on Donna’s Lane, Officer Erik Simonsen issued a summons to Jeremy L. Chagnon, 45, of East Falmouth on two charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and driving without an inspection sticker.

Monday, November 1

6:25 PM: Officer Jeffrey Donnis responded to a report of an erratic operator on Route 151, resulting in the arrest of Kimberly A. Atwood, 38, of Falmouth. Ms. Atwood had a warrant for forgery and perjury out of Falmouth District Court.

Wednesday, November 4

12:30 PM: Officer Erik Green responded to a report of a suspicious motor vehicle at the state onramp for Route 130, resulting in the arrest of Wendi L. Withrow, 49, of East Greenwich, Rhode Island. There were five warrants out for Ms. Withrow, including a warrant out of Milford District Court for shoplifting more than $250 worth of goods, Worcester District Court for larceny over $1,200, Stoughton District Court for shoplifting and stealing merchandise, and two warrants out of Attleboro District Court for shoplifting. She also had a warrant out of a Rhode Island court for shoplifting and a fugitive from justice warrant.
