Thursday, December 30

1:34 PM: Officer Michael Moulis responded to a report of an erratic operator on Route 28. Officer Moulis issued a summons to Paul Devine, 41, of Nantucket on charges of operating under the influence of drugs, child endangerment while operating under the influence and a marked lanes violation.

Friday, December 31

3:58 PM: During a motor vehicle stop on Route 151, Officer Jeffrey Donnis arrested Robert B. Wilson Jr., 41, of East Falmouth on a warrant out of Falmouth District Court for larceny over $1,200. Officer Donnis also arrested the passenger in Mr. Wilson’s car, Fallon F. Antone, 37, of East Falmouth, on two warrants out of Falmouth District Court for operating under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of property damage.

Saturday, January 1

9:46 PM: During a motor vehicle stop on Old Barnstable Road, Officer Adam Sassone issued a summons to Nicole A. Denisi, 54, of Falmouth on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and uninsured motor vehicle.

Monday, January 3

9:29 PM: Officer Donnis arrested Joseph M. Brown, 47, of East Falmouth during a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 on a default warrant out of Falmouth District Court for assault and battery.

Tuesday, January 4

9:55 AM: During a motor vehicle stop on Route 28, Officer Bryan Derochea issued a summons to Dale S. Cookson, 59, of Plymouth for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense).
