4:17 PM: Following a motor vehicle crash on Route 28 by Summerwood Condominiums, Officer Nicholas Carpenter issued a summons to Ronald W. Cappola, 43, of Hyannis on two charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and for no inspection sticker.

7:10 PM: Officer Bryan Derochea issued a summons to Peter G. Legacy, 34, of Sandwich during a motor vehicle stop on Great Neck Road North for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Saturday, November 6

9:02 PM: During a motor vehicle stop on Job’s Fishing Road, Officer Frederick Bohnenberger issued a summons to Leah R. Taylor, 33, of Wareham for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker.

Sunday, November 7

1:47 AM: During a motor vehicle stop on Holly Farm Drive, Officer Bohnenberger arrested Howard J. Stafford, 46, of Mashpee for speeding, failure to stop for police, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and operation to endanger.

5:42 PM: Officer Jeffrey Donnis arrested Edward A. Purdy, 31, of Teaticket during a motor vehicle stop on Route 28 on one new charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a warrant out of Attleboro District Court for assault and battery, breaking and entering, and threatening to commit a crime.

Monday, November 8

10:17 AM: Mashpee police found a vehicle that had fled from Massachusetts State Police in Bourne at a house on Wampanoag Drive. Michael C. Averett, 31, of Mashpee was arrested on one charge of providing false information during an arrest and six prior warrants. One warrant out of Wareham District Court was for assault and battery and malicious destruction; two warrants out of Falmouth District Court were for motor vehicle offenses and assault and battery; and three warrants out of Barnstable District Court did not have the charges listed at the time of inquiry. During the incident Marissa J. Dinger, 36, of Mashpee came out of the house to intervene and was summoned to court on one count of interfering with a police officer.

5:20 PM: During a motor vehicle stop at the Mashpee Rotary, Officer Michael Moulis arrested Greg P. Lennox, 53, of Falmouth on a warrant for larceny by check.

Tuesday, November 9

12:53 AM: Officer Adam Sassone arrested Joseph I. Stowers, 33, of Watertown during a motor vehicle stop on Market Street on one charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and on two warrants out of Waltham District Court for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and open and gross lewdness.
