Christine Rose Tedeschi of Mashpee died at home on April 18, after a battle with cancer. She was 71.

She was the wife of D. Craig Tedeschi, with whom she shared 35 years of marriage. Her husband died January 14.

The daughter of Albert and Mary (Libby) Serino, she and her husband had shared their home with her widowed mother for many years.

Ms. Tedeschi held several occupations through the years and was a certified cake decorator; she was most proud of achieving certification as a home health aide.

She and her husband had lived in Mashpee for the past 20 years.

She leaves four sisters, Louise O’Neil, Barbara Klash, Marylynn Serino and Marguerite Strack; three brothers, Anthony Serino, Paul Serino and Daniel Serino; and a large extended family.

Three brothers predeceased her: Joseph Serino, Albert Serino and Peter Serino.

Services for Ms. Tedeschi were to be private.
