Jacqueline Marie Dixon of Mashpee died June 7 at the age of 93.

She was the widow of Frederick James Dixon.

She was born and raised in Rhode Island, and a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design. The same school was the alma mater of her husband, and they also shared the same career of graphic artist.

She and her husband were longtime residents of Fairfield, Connecticut.

Ms. Dixon had lived in Mashpee for the past 14 years.

She leaves a daughter, Lisa Sheehan; a son, Paul Dixon; four grandchildren; and extended family.

A celebration of her life is planned for a later date.
