Nancy L. (Forbes) Peters, 85, of Mashpee died on November 13.

She was the widow of Randolph G. Peters Sr. They had been married for 19 years when he died in 2004.

She was the daughter of Alice L. and Douglas L. Forbes.

Ms. Peters attended Burdett College and had been employed in payrolls and benefits in the Wareham office of Commonwealth Electric Company at the time of her marriage to Mr. Peters in 1985.

She was formerly of Harwich.

She was the grandmother of Randolph G. Peters III, Jermaine Peters and Justin Peters, all of Mashpee, Shannon Peters of Stoughton, and Manny Lindo of Florida; and also leaves a large extended family.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her two brothers, Douglas Forbes and Ronald A. Forbes; and, in 2014, by her stepson Randolph G. Peters Jr.

Visiting hours will be Thursday, November 21, from 10 AM to noon at Mashpee Baptist Church, 27 Great Neck Road North in Mashpee.

A funeral service will follow at noon in the church.

Burial will be in the Old Indian Cemetery.
