Resolve to write and send in (at least) one letter to The Mashpee Enterprise in 2021. Topic of your choice. Thoughts your own.

What is the Town of Mashpee doing right, and where are things going wrong?

What nags at your mind about the lives we live on Cape Cod that you would like to share with your fellow readers?

What should the Enterprise be covering that we are not already (or not nearly enough)?

For those who think letters to the editor are nothing more than overbearing opinions or gratuitous gripes, think about what else your letter might accomplish.

These letters, for example, can also be thought provokers and conversation starters, like miniature newspaper columns or personal essays.

What is something special that you know, that you can teach, that your neighbors would benefit from learning as well?

What is one thing you’ve always wondered about that you would like those in your community to explore with you?

Why have you chosen to live in Mashpee? What keeps you in this town?

Please email your letter(s) to withrow@capenews.net. And thanks to all who have done so in recent months.

Happy New Year, and Warm Welcome 2021!
