Construction is ongoing at the former Nimrod property. After several attempts by local groups to save the landmark, the Nimrod was torn down last July. Owner of the property, owner Lionel C. Pinsonneault, is building a mixed-use complex of residential apartments and commercial space. The new building will match the Nimrod’s style.
