The Aptucxet Garden Club turned out en masse, Tuesday, October 20, to the grounds of Aptucxet Trading post to plant masses of daffodils in a Covid-safe way. The garden club ordered and received some 5,000 daffodil bulbs through a grant from the Bourne Community Engagement Committee to plant at Aptucxet with the goal of starting a 'Daffodil Days' festival in 2021.

Mason Bob Oliver is pictured grinding stone without any dust protection. Stone dust is lethal in the lungs and he is not following OSHA regulations.
