Projects in search of federal American Rescue Plan Act funds for two Upper Cape towns have moved forward in the three-step ARPA application review process. The Town of Mashpee has completed the process, while the Town of Bourne recently reached level 1.

Mashpee is the first town to receive a grant made through Barnstable County’s ARPA application portal, which was opened in May.
