An angry Comcast customer is facing charges after police said he threatened an employee at the Route 130 retail location on Monday, September 14.
Police were called to the business at 2:17 PM, when the employee reported that the customer had been hurling insults and vulgarities at him, upsetting other customers in the store. The employee said the man had told him to “step outside and see what happens.”
Police were able to contact the 56-year-old man at his Buzzards Bay home. He said he was upset about his service and that telling the employee to step outside was not a threat.
As a result of the incident, the man will be summoned to court on charges of disorderly conduct and threatening to commit a crime.
