The Sandwich Police Department is looking for a Forestdale woman who is wanted on multiple drug charges.
Police said a drug investigation was started on Monday, June 1, after neighbors had complained about the number of cars and people going to and from the home of Danielle Cook, 26, of Shore Drive.
Police said that over the course of two days they saw multiple cars visit the house for a short time before leaving.
Police stopped one such vehicle on Thursday, June 3, and identified the driver as Bryan Narbonne, 34, of Braintree. Police said Mr. Narbonne had been seen visiting on a previous day, as well. Police found Adderall and heroin in his vehicle at the time of the stop and arrested him on drug possession charges.
Police said the incident gave them probable cause to charge Ms. Cook with distribution of a Class B substance. On their way to Shore Drive to arrest her, police saw her leaving the house as a passenger in a car being driven by another woman. Police stopped the vehicle and found heroin in the car.
Ms. Cook was arrested and charged with distribution of a Class B drug and distribution of a Class A drug. During her processing, police were granted a search warrant to search her home. Ms. Cook made bail before the warrant's execution.
Police searched her home and found about 200 grams of heroin, more than 300 pills and more than $6,000 in cash.
A warrant has been issued for Ms. Cook's arrest on charges of heroin trafficking over 100 grams, possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute and possession of a Class E drug with intent to distribute.
Police are trying to find Ms. Cook and have asked anyone with information about her whereabouts to call 508-888-1212.
