Police were called to the Coca-Cola bottling plant on Route 130 in Sandwich on Wednesday last week when a Bourne man, who was already facing charges for allegedly threatening a company delivery driver, showed up at the building.

Police were called to the business at 11:05 AM when an employee reported that the 38-year-old man was on the property.

The employee told police that the man, a Bourne business owner, was not expected at the factory and was under investigation for making threats toward a delivery driver. Charges relating to the threats are pending, police said.

When police arrived on scene, the man told them that he had gone to the factory to apologize for making the threats. He was advised to leave the property and write a letter if he felt inclined to apologize.
