A group of Sandwich teenagers is facing breaking and entering charges after police said they entered the former Henry T. Wing School through an unsecured window.

Officers were alerted to a teen’s presence inside the building at 8:56 PM when multiple alarms in the building were set off. Police said multiple officers responded.

In conducting a sweep of the building, police found three teenage boys standing outside of the building near an open window. Police said the window opened into a computer lab classroom used by the Cape Cod Collaborative’s Waypoint Academy.

Police said the boys admitted to entering the building, but said they did not damage or take anything.

As a result of the incident, two 15-year-old Sandwich boys and one 16-year-old Sandwich boy will be summonsed to court on a charge of felony breaking and entering into a building at nighttime.
