Upon approaching the vehicle, police could smell the odors of alcohol and marijuana, they reported. A search of the vehicle turned up a 1.75-liter bottle of vodka.

As a result of the stop, a 19-year-old man from North Falmouth will be summoned to court on charges of underage possession of liquor and a marked lanes violation. His passenger, an 18-year-old North Falmouth man, will be summoned to court on a charge of underage possession of liquor.
