A report about people causing a hazard by lying in the roadway resulted in the arrest of a Monument Beach woman on Saturday, August 10.

Police were called to Piccadilly Road at 10:52 PM when someone reported that there were people lying on the side of the road with half their bodies in the travel lane.

When police arrived and found two adults, one of whom they identified as Jalisa L. Cutler, 28, of Monument Beach.

Police said that Ms. Cutler had an active criminal warrant out of Falmouth District Court.

Ms. Cutler was arrested on the outstanding warrant and transported to the police station.
