Jeffrey David Hauck, 60, of Sandwich died October 24 from an undiagnosed medical condition.

He was born in Irvington, New Jersey, the son of John and Carol Hauck.

An engineer and business man, Mr. Hauck was the founder, owner and an operator of Cape Cod Concrete Pumping, Inc. and C&I Form Distribution.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, he used his intellect and mathematical mind in combination with his sense of humor to create unusual modes of transportation: he traveled around his neighborhood in a motorized recliner and a motorized toilet bowl.

In his free time he enjoyed relaxing on his boat with his family and dogs.

He leaves his wife of 30 years, Deborah S. Hauck; three children, Max, Madison, and Maverick Hauck; a sister; and extended family.

An outdoor celebration of his life was held on Saturday, November 6.
