Judith Daigneault

Judith Ann Daigneault, 76, of Sandwich died August 3.

She was the wife of Paul F. Daigneault, to whom she was married for 43 years at the time of his death.

She was born in Marlborough, the daughter of Edward and Emilie Bouvier. She was a graduate of St. Anne’s Academy in Marlborough.

Ms. Daigneault worked for the Town of Yarmouth for 28 years. She retired in 2007.

Among her pastimes were working in the garden and fish pond on her property and taking cruises to Bermuda.

She leaves two sons, Paul Daigneault Jr. and his husband, the Reverend Jeffrey W. Mello, of Boston, and Christopher J. Daigneault and his wife, Kimberly A. Daigneault, of Mashpee; two daughters, Laurie Williams and her husband, Paul Williams, of Apex, North Carolina, and Aimee Daigneault of Sandwich; eight grandchildren; and six siblings, Edward Bouvier of Northborough, Peter Bouvier of Hudson, Jeanine Cadaret of Texas, Janice Mannone of Hudson, Jane Higgins of Florida, and Robert Bouvier, also of Florida.

She was predeceased by her brother Anthony Bouvier.

Visiting hours will be Thursday, August 8, from 9 to 10:30 AM followed by an 11 o'clock funeral Mass at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 159 Main Street in Sandwich.
